1. Short production cycle
The original process bubble bean time is long, the conventional in the 15 ~ 20 °C under the immersing to bubble 10 ~ 15 hours, soybean meal during whole process of production should be dozens of hours. Now process will soybean directly microwave heating deodorization, soybean meal during whole process of production about 20 minutes.
2. Soybean efficiency is high, nutrition lost less
The original process on water dissolved out of soybean protein, the pulping concentration after drying, can only use of soybean by 40% ~ 60%, we process will water, 10% of the soy direct heating deodorization, ground into powder, in addition to soybean skin outside all use, utilization rate reached 100%.

The original process need to coal, electricity and water. Now technology only power and a small amount of equipment cooling water.
